About the event
The sanskrit name of the Medicine Buddha is Bhaisajyaraja. The Chinese call him Yao Shi Fo 藥師佛, the Tibetans Sangye Menla, and the Japanese Yakushi.
The Medicine Master Lapis Lazuli Light King Buddha 藥師琉璃光佛 is a great Master who made many vows to alleviate the suffering of all beings.
The Medicine Buddha teachings is for spiritual healing, protection, prevention of illness, dispelling disaster
and longevity 消災延壽, bringing forth good health, fortune and luck. It is also the most powerful blessing for awakening the innate healing wisdom that lies within every individual.
